Senior Python Backend Engineer

Orga AI, headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, builds real-time AI systems that see, listen, and speak. Our mission is to enable people to interact with technology in a fluid and natural way through the multimodality of AI.

Design and optimize Python 3.11 / FastAPI / asyncio-based APIs and microservices powering our SDK and TTS engine.

Integrate and scale audio-video components (WebRTC, WebSockets) to maintain latency below 300 ms.

Implement secure and scalable architectures in AWS EKS + Fargate, using IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

Ensure observability with Prometheus/Grafana and maintain defined SLOs.

Collaborate with the MERN and DevOps teams for efficient continuous deployments.

Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews with a focus on best practices.

5+ years of experience building production-grade backends with Python.
