Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Lead automation testing for financial applications (trading, payments, risk systems).
• Design & implement automation frameworks (API, backend, UI).
• Perform non-functional testing (performance, load, stress, security, reliability).
• Validate financial transactions, data integrity & reporting accuracy .
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) with DevOps.
• Conduct root cause analysis & defect resolution.
• Mentor junior QAs and enforce best practices.
• Maintain detailed test cases, results & compliance documentation.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in QA automation , with 2+ years in finance domain .

Technical Skills

• Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Hands-on with performance/load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of ISO 8583, XML, JSON, financial systems testing .
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes .
• Strong in data security, encryption, penetration testing .

Other Skills

• Familiar with regulatory compliance testing .
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical & communication skills .
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
