Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build scalable product experiences across multiple platforms.
- Review product requirements and technical documents to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Manually execute test cases, document results, and track defects throughout the bug lifecycle.
- Log clear and reproducible bug reports with detailed steps, screenshots, and videos as needed.
- Re-test resolved defects to verify fixes and prevent regressions.
- Validate data accuracy and system behavior across different browsers, devices, and environments.
- Maintain and update test cases and comprehensive documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Strategize and contribute ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry trends.
- Assist in other areas of the product lifecycle as required.
