| You will be part of a team that develops, implements, and supports our cloud-based B2B SaaS solution. The team consists of a Project Manager, Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Assurance team members that are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We work closely with Architects, Database Administrators, Release and Support teams to ensure the best possible solutions for client enhancements. | We are looking for highly motivated Senior QA Engineer to join the Solifi product development team. You will be part of a team that develops, implements, and supports our cloud-based B2B SaaS solution Solifi. You will be responsible for designing, creating and executing all functional tests for the Solifi software. Excellent communication, technical and analysis skills are necessary to be successful in this role. You must be able to collaborate with business analysts and implementation consultants while also being technically proficient in working with the development and infrastructure teammates.
As part of the Solifi team, you’ll work with teammates across the business to ensure requirement details are specific, technology is in place to automate testing, and releases of the product are predictably reliable. |

| Work closely with our QA Lead to understand the long-term strategy and implementation plan for the QA team
Maintain and improve the quality of the software product
Reviewing, understanding and analyzing user stories and Non-Functional Requirements
Helping the development of acceptance criteria, and test cases for the product and new requirements
Communicates defects/issues to business stakeholders and analysts and work closely with the development team to resolve defects.
Ensures issues are properly documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders
Work closely with the BA's and product owner to support the completion and delivery of the features to our customers.
Create and contribute to mechanisms to enable easy testing of all functions in a timely and effective manner
Executing tests and documenting test results
Research, evaluate and recommend tools and services that support or improve testing
Participating in daily standups and work closely with the other members of the agile team
Creation/review of product documentation such as test plans, test cases and release notes.
Has a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and CI/CD integration, enabling faster deployments and increased test coverage.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#) for test automation. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar) and integrating automated tests into the deployment pipeline.” |

| 9+ years’ experience of writing test cases, test charters and working with a structured test methodology Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting required. Proven ability to ensure changes meet Usability, Scalability, Data Integrity and Security standards. Source control understanding for software development environments Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Innovative thinker with a passion for technology Ability to work independently on self-managed development projects as well as in a team environment Strong organizational, problem-solving and issue resolution skills The required knowledge and skills for the position would be acquired through a diploma in computer science and 5 years of experience in IT, involving quality assurance testing. Basic business acumen to understand business requirements as they pertain to system functionality from a testing perspective Solid knowledge and ability to create/update test cases from User Stories Solid communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with others on testing Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and troubleshoot problems during testing process, and to make related recommendations.
