Role: Sr QA Engineer Experience: 4+ years Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our software development lifecycle.


You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, mentoring junior QA team members, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.


Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and execution of test strategies for web, mobile, and API platforms.


Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium , or similar.


Conduct detailed manual testing for complex features, edge cases, and exploratory scenarios.


Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure seamless CI/CD integration and early bug detection.


Own defect lifecycle management using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps , or TestRail .


Drive performance, security, and regression testing initiatives.


Champion QA best practices and contribute to process improvements across teams.


Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and quality.

  •   Required Skills & Tools Strong command of test automation frameworks and scripting in Java, Python, JavaScript , or similar.


    Deep understanding of manual testing methodologies and test case design.


    Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).


    Proficiency in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured , or similar tools.


    Familiarity with version control systems like Git.


    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.


    Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
