Senior QA Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives for our payments platform, with strong experience in mobile and web application testing, test automation, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web and mobile applications
Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance/load testing
Execute mobile app testing (Android & iOS) including compatibility, usability, and reliability testing
Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects with development teams
Lead root cause analysis for critical issues and drive long-term quality improvements
Establish and enhance QA processes, standards, and best practices
