Senior QA Tester - Opentext ALM

• Support the upgrade of OpenText ALM from version 15 to 25.
• Validate the upgraded environment, ensure data integrity, and test workflows.
• Verify compatibility of customizations, integrations, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GxP, CSV).
• Collaborate with the ALM upgrade and migration team to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

Upgrade Validation

• Plan and execute testing activities in coordination with the ALM upgrade team.
• Validate migration of projects, users, and configurations from ALM v15 to v25.
• Perform smoke testing to ensure system readiness post-upgrade.

Functional Testing

• Test core ALM modules: Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, Defects, Dashboard.
• Validate ALM Client Launcher, Excel Add-in, and Web Client functionality.
