SENIOR QA/QC MANAGER
Report to:
GENERAL Manager
Min Qualifications / Experience:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering holder with 7-10 years of relevant experience
Job Skills Required:
AWS, ASME AS, PD5500
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient management of QA/QC department.
- Supervision of a small team of QC inspector, engineer and admin assistant.
- Assign QC Inspector to each project.
- Ensure timely submission of QC documents including MDR.
- Involvement in operation matter such as problem solving etc.
- Training of QA/QC personnel.
- Process development in welding technology.
- Ensure QC manual is updated with the codes.
- Monitor and control the implementation of QA system by the relevant departments.
- Conduct internal audit on QA system annually and follow up on rectifications required by department concerned.
