Responsibilities
- Coordinates across support teams to swiftly resolve disruptions to Qlik Sense and Qlik View services, performs root cause analysis, and implements preventative measures.
- Approves production readiness of Qlik solutions and application deployments.
- Reviews performance trends across the broader technology portfolio and initiates actions to address areas at risk for potential impacts.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of Qlik platform components, including server configuration, application development, and dashboard optimization.
- Administers processes related to code management and deployment, leveraging automation tools such as Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
