Overview
Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a (Senior Quality Assurance Analyst) for (Quality Assurance vertical). As part of the (Quality Assurance) team, you will be responsible for doing (Transaction Quality Audits). Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus within the shared services team. You will also interact with team members located in GCoE locations globally. Exposure and experience into Ops Support Functions (HR,Admin,IT)/Insurance and/or US Healthcare domain is highly preferred. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Define and apply ‘Sampling Approach/methodology ’ to perform daily quality checks/ audits. Create & update ‘QC checklist’ that enlists critical & Non-critical steps in a given process. Conduct weekly error workshops with operations team members to curb the error recurrence. Assist TM’s in devising action plans & focus on identifying preventive action for chronic errors. Conduct Internal calibration sessions to bridge the process gaps to improve process efficiency. Report Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quality reports with all stakeholder. identifying specific trends, top errors, BQs etc. Identify and address Root Cause issues and formulate CAPA to mitigate potential risks. Suggest improvements/ changes based on analysis and observations and implement Kaizen, other projects. About you Requirements: Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor (Any stream) Preferred Degree: Master Degree (Any stream) Certificate(s)/Special Training: Knowledge of 7 QC Tools is (preferred) 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience (Ops Support Functions/US Healthcare/F&A/Lability processes is preferred). Knowledge of HR operations, travel & expenses: recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, etc. Good understanding and hands on with organization policies and standards. Ability to interprete and effectively check compliance/ adherence. Experience of GHRSS. GHRSS acts as an internal service provider, offering HR services to various departments and employees within Arthur J Gallagher Entities. The service includes employee life cycle, payroll support, Learning and development support, talent acquisition support and MIS support. Good interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication Good analytical ability to identify process gaps and deviations. Attention to detail in identifying variance/errors. Ability to analyze and summarize trends Problem-solver Proactive approach MS office proficiency Awareness of labor laws & and ethical standards (good to have).Apply for this Position
