Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

NEOGOV, an HRIS Product company based in Los Angeles is the market and technology leader in human resources software for the public sector.

We are looking for seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineers (Selenium+ c#) for FULL-TIME and REMOTE opportunities for our India Development Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
• Implement and manage test automation frameworks (e.G., NUnit, MSTest, TestNG).
• Conduct web and mobile application testing with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize version control systems (e.G., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
• Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Lead and manage team efforts to enhance test automation practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience(5+ years) with test automation using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, and TestNG.
• Proficiency in web testing technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in mobile automation with tools like Appium and BrowserStack.
• Hands-on experience with AI-Powered coding.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A continuous learning mindset and commitment to staying current with industry trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with agile and DevOps practices.
