Job Description

We are recruiting Senior QA Engineers based in Pune who will be responsible for maintaining high quality of our solutions and products. We specialize in the Salesforce platform and work across all products on the platform like Sales, Service, Communities, Marketing and Analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Work as an individual contributor as part of delivery teams to ensure high quality of Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute towards quality of Varasi’s intellectual property in the form of lightning based tools, accelerators and industry solutions
  • Participate in requirement gathering and business analysis
  • Develop good understanding of business requirements and develop test strategy, test plan, and test cases to ensure quality deliverables from the team.
  • Contribute in scoping and estimating of testing efforts for projects.
  • Contribute towards demos and user training of the Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with developers during troubleshooting of issues
  • Interact directly with customers on a need basis under the guidance and direction of Team Leaders


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA with 3-5 years of industry experience as QA engineer. 3+ years of experience with at least 1+ years on Salesforce solutions
  • Good understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle, processes and tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge on Salesforce technologies with experience on at least one of Sales, Service, Communities products.
  • Knowledge of performance, security and latency testing.
  • Strong skill using SQL or SOQL
  • Experience in using Selenium for automation
  • Experience on Agile/Scrum based delivery. Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment.
  • Any Salesforce certifications are a major plus      
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
