Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Paradigm is searching for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to support our client, a global leader in the legal Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance activities and ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will:

• Ensure new and existing product functionality is reliable, defect-free, and meets business requirement
• Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for component-level, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Advance test automation practices while performing manual testing when appropriate
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate requirements and identify gaps
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Develop and report test metrics, including coverage and confidence levels
• Identify, report, and troubleshoot defects
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the QA team
