About the Role

TechnoMile is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the evolution of testing for our React-based Growth and Contracts portal. This role will drive the transition from primarily manual testing to an AI-assisted, automated QA practice, focusing on measurable quality outcomes across our development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will blend leadership, automation expertise, and data-driven insight — establishing a testing culture centered on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
