Key Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define clear testing requirements and improve feature testability.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices and testing methodologies.
• Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable automation frameworks and tools.
• Review automated test cases to ensure alignment with project goals and acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, providing insights on testing progress and quality metrics.
