Pay, benefits and more:



You’ll be paid a salary of £34,361 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:




  • Leading and motivating your team to hit targets and maintain top-notch standards

  • Driving Health & Safety compliance and creating a safe, efficient working environment

  • Managing inspection routines, stock movements and rework actions

  • Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners

  • Championing continuous improvement and operational excellence



What you need to succeed at GXO:




  • Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

  • Strong knowledge of QC batch inspection practices

  • A track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

  • Solid IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with warehouse management systems
