Develop, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards and expectations. Drive optimal cost of quality through effective tools and methods. Manage key customer quality performance and responsiveness to meet and exceed customer quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards and expectations
- Drive self-driven internal audit teams to drive business process compliance and effectiveness
- Ensure Incoming Quality, In Process Quality, and Out Going Inspection are effectively performed with close loop feedback and corrective actions
- Ensure effective change management implementation
- Ensure products are meeting ROHS and REACH requirements
- Facilitate effective customer audits and/or industry certification
