Role Title: Senior Quality Engineering II

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedTesting Engineer to join our Growth Quality Engineering team. The team validates our end-to-end flows with new Marriott partners or acquisitions to ensure all technology works seamlessly across the travel journey.

Candidate will work across multiple products & engineering teams tomanage and maintain test data environments, ensuring availability, integrity, and compliance of test datasets across test phases; experienced in creating, masking, and refreshing test data to support automated and manual testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee squad-level test data management
• Manage and maintain test data environments
• Ensures availability, integrity, and compliance of test datasets across test phases
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test activities
• Collaborate with other squad leaders and the Senior Team Leader to align on priorities and best practices
• Demonstrates continuous improvement through metrics of quality consistency and client satisfaction
• Responds to issues identified in project surveys or other feedback processes, to continually improve client satisfaction

Skill and Experience :

• 6+ years of IT leadership experience with a blend of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in software development, test engineering, with expert-level expertise in multiple testing methodologies
• Experienced in maintaining reusable test assets and integrating Tosca with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
• Experience in Test Data Management - Creating synthetic test data, mask or sanitize production data
• Must have experience inautomation tool - TOSCA or Selenium and API Testing
• Must have Experience in Jira, Confluence
• Experience in TDM tools is an added advantage
• Experience inscripting language - Python, groovy scripts is an added advantage
• Experience in CI / CD tools - Jenkins is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Copilot or Writer or any AI tool is an added advantage
• Familiarity with hospitality industry systems preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
