Role Title: Senior Quality Engineer II
Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Testing Engineer to join our Growth Quality Engineering team. The team validates our end-to-end flows with new Marriott partners or acquisitions to ensure all technology works seamlessly across the travel journey.
Candidate will work across multiple products & engineering teams to manage and maintain test data environments, ensuring availability, integrity, and compliance of test datasets across test phases; experienced in creating, masking, and refreshing test data to support automated and manual testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee squad-level test data management
- Manage and maintain test data environments
- Ensures availability, integrity, and compliance of test datasets across test phases
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test activities
- Collaborate with other squad leaders and the Senior Team Leader to align on priorities and best practices
- Demonstrates continuous improvement through metrics of quality consistency and client satisfaction
- Responds to issues identified in project surveys or other feedback processes, to continually improve client satisfaction
Skill and Experience:
- 6+ years of IT leadership experience with a blend of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in software development, test engineering, with expert-level expertise in multiple testing methodologies
- Experienced in maintaining reusable test assets and integrating Tosca with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
- Experience in Test Data Management - Creating synthetic test data, mask or sanitize production data
- Must have experience in automation tool - TOSCA or Selenium and API Testing
- Must have Experience in Jira, Confluence
Preferred Experience:
- Good to have - Automation Tool Familiarity (Neo Load, Playwright, Harness)
- Cloud & Virtualization Knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in TDM tools is an added advantage
- Experience in scripting language - Python, groovy scripts is an added advantage
- Experience in CI / CD tools - Jenkins is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Copilot or Writer or any AI tool is an added advantage
- Familiarity with hospitality industry systems preferred.
Education and Certifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
