Senior Quality Engineer MCU

Responsibilities:

Be the customer interface and internal pilot for any claim alert or other concern for MCU (0km and warranty), and manage customer complaints issuance and organize response to the customer and internally using defined PDCA methodology respecting customer lead times

-Is the quality interface when customer audit will be done in production facility for MCU.
-Ensure the implementation of SPC measurement strategies for special characteristics for new projects launched in the plant.

-Submission of Initial Samples and PPAP to the customer.

-Lead the MCU team in the interface with preventive quality teams at the technical centres.

-Manage the MCU Quality team.

-Team development in coordination with the plant quality mananger

-Coordinate the implementation of the plant quality management system in relation to MCU
