Seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own, control, and continuously improve quality processes across manufacturing. This is a hands-on, process-focused role for a seasoned quality professional who leads through technical expertise, partners closely with operations and engineering, and knows how to apply aerospace quality requirements in a practical, shop-floor environment.
What this role is responsible for:
Owning and improving quality processes within an aerospace machine shop operating under ISO 9001 and AS9100
Serving as the technical quality authority across manufacturing, engineering, inspection, and supply chain without direct people management
