Senior Quality Engineering Specialist – Tooling, Messaging & Performance

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Specialist with deep experience in designing and building testing tools and frameworks that enable engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and observable software. This role is responsible for defining advanced automation solutions, strengthening the quality strategy across the organization, and providing high-level technical capabilities in distributed environments.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Java , Node.js , and TypeScript ; has proven experience in queue-based messaging testing ; and possesses strong capabilities in performance and non-functional testing . A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , hands-on experience with Kubernetes , and fluency in GitOps workflows using ArgoCD are also essential.
