Description Acara Solutions has been providing aerospace firms throughout the U.S. with our staffing services for over 65 years. Our Cleveland, OH area (Elyria) international aerospace client has an onsite direct salaried Sr. Quality Manager position open. The salary range is from $140K-$165k at this lower cost of living region with a 7.5% annual bonus that can possibly double. Relocation assistance available. This position requires an aerospace background, including AS9145 APQP. 8 direct reports of quality professionals: 3 QEs and 3 SQEs, 1 Quality tech, 1 QC Supervisor (with 2 admins and 12 hourly union associates that include 7 inspectors and 5 NDT Technicians). This position provides quality leadership and has full responsibility for Quality at the Elyria Site regarding the Quality Management System (QMS), customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, for product life cycle from Product development, Production, Supply Chain to Aftermarket.
