About The Role
The role will have exposure to a great variety of projects from health to commercial, work space, education, sports & rec, industrial, retail, aged care and residential. The role will see you working in a client facing position alongside an established national team's support.
Responsibilities include creation and delivery of:
- Initial budgets and benchmarking
- Elemental and trade-based cost plans
- Bills of quantities
- Pre-tender estimates
- Tender analysis
