Job Description

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A degree in Estimating/Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Previous estimating experience would be advantageous
  • Strong capabilities in cost planning, measurement, contract management, and leadership, particularly in senior roles
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, pricing, and the industry as a whole
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Estimating Software (required), with experience in Planning and Scheduling software being an added advantage
