Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QS to lead the Quantity Surveying function and ensure effective cost control, accurate billing, and smooth coordination across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QS team and oversee all quantity surveying activities across projects.
• Manage end-to-end billing , including contractor bills verification, measurement validation, and certification.
• Conduct cost audits , ensure compliance with company standards, and identify variances.
• Review and approve payments in line with contract terms and project progress.
• Support the internal departments like Contracts & Technical Team
• Work closely with the Purchase Team when required for material cost verification and budget alignment.
• Prepare project-wise cost reports, MIS, cash-flow forecasts, and support management in decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and ensure adherence to project budgets.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering; Master’s in QS/Construction Management is an advantage.
• Strong experience in real estate and large-scale construction projects.
• Expertise in QS, billing, auditing, and contract management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
