Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project costing, cost control, and value engineering to ensure profitability.
- Handle client billing, RA bills, variation orders, and final accounts .
- Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and site teams for cost alignment.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations, negotiations, and comparisons .
- Monitor material reconciliation, site measurements, and certifications .
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, commercial clauses, and timelines .
- Prepare MIS reports on cost, cash flow, margins, and project status .
- Support management in tendering, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies
