Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project costing, cost control, and value engineering to ensure profitability.
- Handle client billing, RA bills, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and site teams for cost alignment.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations, negotiations, and comparisons.
- Monitor material reconciliation, site measurements, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, commercial clauses, and timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports on cost, cash flow, margins, and project status.
- Support management in tendering, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies.
- Lead and mentor QS team members (for Senior Manager role).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8–15 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs / commercial interiors / managed offices.
- Strong knowledge of interior works, MEP coordination, and turnkey projects.
- Hands-on experience in billing, contracts, and commercial management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS-related tools/software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
- B. E / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
