Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Manage project costing, cost control, and value engineering to ensure profitability.
  • Handle client billing, RA bills, variation orders, and final accounts .
  • Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and site teams for cost alignment.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations, negotiations, and comparisons .
  • Monitor material reconciliation, site measurements, and certifications .
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, commercial clauses, and timelines .
  • Prepare MIS reports on cost, cash flow, margins, and project status .
  • Support management in tendering, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies
