Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded contractor specialising in the Water sector. Through a recently commenced framework with Bristol Water, my client has security of work until 2030 at least, so this opportunity can offer job stability and career growth and progression.
Your responsibilities will assist in preparing accurate and timely cost forecasts and contribute to maintaining profitability while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor you will:
* Have experience of applications and CVR’s.
* Prepare forecasts / reports; cost, profit / loss, value etc.
* Manage subcontract enquiries and prepare contracts.
