Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re supporting a growing energy developer delivering grid-scale BESS and energy infrastructure projects across the UK.

They’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial and contractual governance across construction works, with a particular focus on Balance of Plant (BoP) and supplier contracts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident operating on the employer side , is comfortable challenging claims, and understands how to protect value on complex, funder-backed projects.

You’ll act as the commercial lead across live construction projects, with responsibility for:

• Commercial and contractual management of BoP and related works
• Rigorous assessment and defence of contractor EOT and cost claims
• Administering contracts strictly in line with agreed terms (FIDIC Yellow Book based)
