Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
  • Sourcing for required material and suppliers
  • Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers/ sub-contractors
  • Contract administration

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design
  • Knowledge in Building Contracts
  • Meticulous and have a good eye for details
  • Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently in fast paced working environment
  • Knowledge in computer software such as MS Word. MS Excel, etc
