Senior Quantity Surveyor CMS

Penspen is hiring experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors CMS - Site based in Abu Dhabi with strong oil & gas Project experience and expertise in Construction Management Systems (CMS) . The role will lead commercial and cost management activities across EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring effective cost control, contract compliance, and commercial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting for Oil & Gas projects
• Oversee measurement, valuation, and certification of construction works
• Manage contract administration, variations, and change control through CMS
• Lead claims, negotiations, and final account settlements
• Monitor commercial risks and advise project management on mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and industry standards
• Provide commercial guidance and mentoring to junior quantity surveyors
