:The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have proven experience and achievement in the review, management and implementation / applying the commercial aspects of large complex multiple project packages construction projects.
The main responsibilities include remeasurements, reviewing and recommending of monthly payments; variations; scope changes; applying approved required contractual documentation. Working with other commercial team members to resolve contractual claims / matters and the like.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the financial and contractual aspects of the multiple work packages
Participate, record and usually prepare the minutes of the progress meetings.
Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the multiple work packages.
