Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our MEP team and oversee the commercial management of the MEP installation for a flagship project – the New Emergency Care Building at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth .

Reporting to the Commercial Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial functions on-site, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with governance, quality and contractual standards.
