A leading construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Southwest team, based in Plymouth / Exeter. The role includes managing subcontractor accounts, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor accounts
  • Prepare and present financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects between £10m and £40m
  • BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong knowledge of site records

Benefits

Competitive salary of approximately £45,000 – £65,000 plus benefits like a car allowance and 25+ days annual leave.
