About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage preconstruction and estimating activities for our projects. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate cost estimates, developing bid strategies, managing estimating resources, and supporting successful project delivery from early design through construction.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with Project Directors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the preconstruction lifecycle.
