About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at Golden Sands Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. in the Geylang Central Region. This full-time role is a critical part of our Construction and Surveying division, responsible for providing strategic, high-quality quantity surveying services to support our construction projects.

Job Description

• In charge of cost and contract administration with main-contractors, including progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and final account settlement.
• Prepare and follow up on progress claims, VO submissions, and cost documentation with main-contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper records and tracking of all variation orders and contractual matters.
• Carry out monthly valuation of work done, cost control, and forecasting of final project costs.
