Overview
We are currently supporting a major infrastructure programme within the Scottish power and utilities market and are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of large-scale Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects across Scotland.
This role sits within a long-term framework delivering critical national energy infrastructure and requires a commercially strong SQS with proven NEC experience.
Key Responsibilities
Full post-contract commercial management of T&D and power infrastructure works
Administration and management of NEC contracts, including compensation events and change control
Cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting (CVRs)
Subcontract procurement, account management, valuations and final accounts
Managing variations...
