Senior Quantity Surveyor

Deans Civil Engineering part of the RSK Group have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Glasgow, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Support: Provide commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Cost Management: Manage the costs of raw materials and construction projects to ensure they remain within budget. This includes quantifying and budgeting costs for various construction works.
• Liaison: Act as a liaison with customer representatives and other third parties including subcontractors on commercial issues, including but not limited to agreement of variations, claims, and additional payments, and submitting these all to finance in a timely manner.
