Responsibilities

  • Assist in contract manager to execute & oversee in cost & contract related matter for tender.
  • Handling pre and post contractual matters.
  • Proficient in taking off quantities.
  • Assist in tender pricing & documents related.
  • Site valuation and project claim preparation related.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate to 3 year(s) of working of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with experience in Main Contractor and high rise building construction.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and Gloden software(TAS,TRB).
