Senior Quantity Surveyor

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing all financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of construction projects to ensure that they are delivered within budget, on time, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The role involves preparing cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, managing variations, and controlling budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
