Responsibilities

for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
  • Take commercial responsibility for all projects within Briscoe Construction.
  • Supporting the operations side of the Business commercially
  • Contributing to all estimating and pre contract activities
  • Overseeing junior commercial staff members as required
  • Compilation of all month end reports including CVRs and commercial trackers
  • Liaison with all clients, stakeholders and suppliers / sub-contractors
  • Management of WIP, cash and commercial recovery on all projects
  • Compilation of forecasts and performance against Business Plans
  • Good knowledge of Contracts
