Senior Quantity Surveyor

Join the Willmott Dixon team in the Yorkshire (Morley Office) as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and play a key role in delivering brilliant buildings, transforming communities, and leaving a positive legacy across the region.
We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong procurement experience to provide commercial support across a range of exciting projects in Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities



  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality, exceeding customer expectations.


  • Work closely with the project team and senior commercial staff to ensure budgeted targets are met.


  • Establish strong working relationships with supply chain, consultants, and customers.
