Senior Quantity Surveyor Job in South West, London

for an established multidisciplinary consultancy based in South West London. This role will see you working on new build residential and mixed-use residential projects across RIBA Stages 0 – 5, with a particular focus on re-cladding of high-rise schemes. Offering a salary of up to £65,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + 24 Days Holiday + BH + more.

With 4 offices across the south and circa 100 staff, they have formed a strong reputation in the residential and affordable housing sector and are also expanding into other public sector projects such as education and healthcare. This role will see you involved in the cost plans and estimates of residential projects, including re-cladding work for high-rise schemes and fire remediation work as part of a specialist team with a strong reputation in the industry
