Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure (AMP8)

The role

This is a senior commercial position within a contractor operating across high-value AMP8 water and utilities schemes. You will take ownership of commercial performance while supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff.

Key duties

Leading commercial delivery on major infrastructure projects

Managing NEC contracts, compensation events, and risk

Producing cost forecasts and reporting to senior management

Supporting development of QS and AQS team members

Ideal experience

Strong NEC contract expertise

Water, utilities, or heavy civils project background

Experience operating at Senior QS level

Confident managing commercial risk and performance
