Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Duties
  • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and feasibility studies.
  • Manage and review bills of quantities, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
  • Support risk analysis and value engineering exercises.
• Contract Management
  • Administer contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, or local forms).
  • Evaluate and negotiate tenders and subcontractor agreements.
