Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Summary

BK Gulf LLC is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor specialized in MEP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying duties related to MEP projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that only approved suppliers and subcontractors are utilized on a project. Liaise with the Project Manager to prepare draft sub-contract documentation (including bid tabs/analysis) and to assist the Project Manager in obtaining the best commercial and technical deal available in the market. The quality assurance requirements of sub contracts must be addressed.
• Administer the insurance and bonds for sub-contractors on the approved format.
• Purchase orders will be raised by Head Office Purchasing department but enquiries, bid tabs, negotiations and requisitions (based on quantities provided by Site Engineers) will be prepared/carried out by Project QS in liaison with the Pro...
