Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents and contracts to ensure compliance with the law as well as with technical requirements and specifications.
  • Supervise the preparation of contract documents, e.g. Letter of Acceptance, instructions for tender, forms of tender, forms of agreement, conditions of contracts, specifications and bills of quantities, accurately and correctly.
  • Ensure regular work-in-progress inspections prior to verifying claims by consultants, Business Unit Head, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the workmanship and materials used conform to specifications.
  • Prepare progress reports on contractual aspects of the projects for management review.
