Job Description:
- Administer, review and manage main contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements in accordance with LTA requirements and contract conditions.
- Prepare, evaluate and negotiate cost estimates, Variation Orders (VOs), claims, EOTs and final accounts for both underground and viaduct work.
- Monitor and control project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with LTA specifications, regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial and financial performance.
- Maintain complete and accurate contract records, correspondence, variation registers and change management documentation.
