Job Description:

  • Administer, review and manage main contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements in accordance with LTA requirements and contract conditions.
  • Prepare, evaluate and negotiate cost estimates, Variation Orders (VOs), claims, EOTs and final accounts for both underground and viaduct work.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
  • Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with LTA specifications, regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial and financial performance.
  • Maintain complete and accurate contract records, correspondence, variation registers and change management documentation.
